Meet with others, virtually and in-person, to explore preparation and reintegration using internal family systems, ecotherapy, and forest bathing.
*Starting March 31: Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (Silver Spring MD Clinic) Enroll Now
Offering ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in Silver Spring and other locations throughout Maryland. KAP will include preparation, dosing session, optional dosing series, and reintegration. In partnership with Journey Clinical.
*April 26-29: Wild Mind: Ketamine and Ecotherapy Retreat
Encased within a beautiful natural setting, take the next steps in your healing using techniques of wilderness immersion, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, group psychodrama, intentional movement, and art therapy. Working with ketamine is a powerful adjunct to the insight and healing offered by nature and by a supportive group. However, ketamine dosing is optional and can be replaced with wilderness immersion exercises or a self-designed ceremony of your choosing.
Retreat Runs: 3pm on April 26 - noon on April 29*.
Retreat Costs: $295 - $1000, depending on options:
Room, Board, & Instructor: $295 for dorm - $400 for private yurt.
Ketamine and Medical Consult (Optional): $300 (through Journey Clinical).
Therapy Charge: $300 private-pay, or billable to most insurance
*for those who cannot take Monday off for reintegration, you can also process out at 4pm on Sunday; however, the extra day for reintegration is recommended.
May/June: Reintegration June Video Sessions: Parts Work and Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Reintegration
and Action Spring Earthwalk: Date TBD
July: Sustainability July Video Sessions: Maintenance - Long-Term Care for the Inner Child

Mental Health Professional Rite of Passage Experiential Learning Group
Open to students, graduate practitioners, and fully licensed practitioners in the mental health or related field.
Experiential Learning opportunity to go through a treatment supported rite of passage alongside other mental health professionals. Pursue change in your life while learning tools to protect yourself from clinical burnout and share with your clients or patients. Beginning in January, you will:
- Explore an area in your life that you would like to see change
- Connect this area to your professional life
- Gather insight about the nature of the change you are seeking. Modalities include:
- Sand tray sessions, Earthwalk Forest Bathing sessions, Therapeutic Cave Trip (Jan 27*), Parts Work, Art Therapy, Intentional Journalling, Movemnet and Somatics Practice
- Develop an Intention
- Choose a rite of passage modality that you would like to experience. Options include nature-based retreats, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, group retreats, and self-designed ceremony. Note: some of these rite of passage modalities are offered directly, others are through partnership organizations. Many of them have an additional cost beyond therapeutic sessions billable to insurance. Self-designed ceremony does not.
- Receive support through the Preparation phase of getting ready for a transformative experience, through individual sessions, group sessions with your cohort, or both.
- Experience a rite of passage that rewires your neurophysiological system in preparation for change
- Receive support through reintegration sessions to bring your rite of passage experience into your day to day life and anchor the change you are looking for
- Practice skills to anchor your experience and bring it into your personal and professional life
- Receive extra training, as requested, in the rite of passage modalities to bring it into your own practice
* Cave trip is open for general attendance, not just for those participating in clinician group
