A major challenge with psychedelic assisted psychotherapy is the reintegration. The retreat setting, especially a retreat that also involves connection with the land, provides a much more powerful opportunity for support and reintegration.
Retreat Overview
Wild Mind will begin on Friday, April 26, at 5:00pm, with group building and preparation activities. Participants will be led through somatic and archetypal meditations, art activities, and group processes in order to develop their Intention for the experience.
Saturday, April 27 will open with breakfast (for those not receiving ketamine) and a group activity. Then each person will choose a solo activity for inner exploration. A facilitated ketamine session can be chosen, or a wilderness immersion activity (including a cave solo) or self-designed ceremony. Following the solo activity and an optional lunch, participants will come together for group sharing and initial somatic processing. Then dinner and a bonfire will be provided. The bonfire will be staffed during the night in the event that anyone needs nighttime facilitation.
Sunday, April 28 will open with breakfast and a sharing circle, followed by a guided somatic practice for reintegration. Participants will then work together as a group to explore further reintegration. Finally, each person will have an opportunity to spend some solo time on the land to anchor the insights and feelings from the retreat. The group will come together for mirroring, dinner, and a second bonfire.
If you can't stay through Monday, you will have the option to process out after your solo (discussed ahead of time).
Monday, April 29 is an opportunity to create a Reintegration plan before the group closes out at noon. Somatic processes, meditation, and sand tray will be offered as tools for anchoring reintegration.
Cost:
Room and Board: $295 (dormitory) - $400 (private yurt)
Ketamine (Optional): $335 through Journey Clinical
Clinical Therapy Charge: $300 out of pocket or BILLABLE TO INSURANCE:
BCBS, Medicaid, Aetna, Cigna, and Others!
